We’ve been partnering with Brighton Aldridge Community Academy (BACA) and other local organisation to deliver our Meals on Wheels emergency food provision for vulnerable members of our local community.
BACA have made their superb catering facilities and professional chef available to cook, chill and freeze hundreds of meals for people to reheat at home. The meals are made from surplus food which would otherwise have gone to waste, supplied to us by the local branch of the charity FareShare.
Find out more about BACA’s involvement in the project on this news post on their website → and the pictures below show our very own Carly and the BACA team preparing meals in the academy kitchen.
